At Panama City Beach’s senior prom, locals dance the night away.

At Friday night’s senior prom, members of Blake Senior Living transformed the community into a ballroom by trading their walkers for dancing shoes. As seniors dressed to the nines celebrated with family, staff, and volunteers, the room was filled with music, laughing, and happy memories. Local companies helped with formal attire, hair, and makeup so that every visitor felt valued. “It’s a lot of fun to see their smiles and make them feel beautiful,” Carolyn Stewart, director of activities at The Blake, said. “I simply want to make this their finest quarter because it’s their last one. similar to the prom king and queen being crowned. I couldn’t help but cry because it truly makes them feel unique.
